Orders start as "Pending Orders," where stores can approve or reject them based on feasibility. Approved orders move to "Orders Awaiting Confirmation," giving users 24 hours to confirm. Once confirmed, orders are categorized as "Approved Orders," ensuring both parties agree. Automated reminders every six hours prompt users to confirm or cancel orders, maintaining timely communication and enhancing transaction efficiency.
