Abstract
<p>Acne vulgaris is a common dermatosis affecting 80% of the adolescents,so it is considered as one of the most important disease in dermatology,because of its frequency and of its effects on quality of life,evev in what is considered by most doctors as mild forms.<br />
Effective management of acne remains a challenge .<br />
Hormonal therapy is one of the systemic treatments required for at least 2% of female acne patients whow have signs of the over production of androgens.<br />
Understanding the underlying causes of these signs is very important for better ersults.</p>
