Abstract
The misleading of industrial engineering, and with the university losing its continuous marketing, it made society confined to the concept of the field of industrial engineering. Therefore, there is weak awareness of society in general, and employers and high school students in general about the correct concept and areas of industrial engineering and their need in the market. The study aims to develop a marketing plan for the Industrial Engineering Department of the An-Najah National University branch to spread awareness of the correct concept of industrial engineering, through a marketing activity that displays the specialty of industrial engineering and the services that a student gets upon entering the specialization and introducing his fields, and also by offering this specialization to Tawjihi students (scientific, Industrial), introducing the hourly rate and other fees and the rate that allows the student to enter this specialization, promoting specialization through advertisements and social media, reminding of the benefits that accrue to the person and society, and increasing the awareness of institutions and the industrial engineer and his capabilities ,his majors. The task of marketing is to get to know the target group of students. Study their characteristics, interests, life habits and culture and learn about their needs, desires and aspirations. Society needs industrial engineers who are able to balance technical expertise and management skills. We will supervise and monitor this plan to determine the results and their impact.
