Abstract
The site has an area of 30,000 square meters and was chosen
because of its ease of access, as it is located on a main street
and public transportation is next to it
Because of the lack of green spaces and cultural places in
Tulkarm
And the possibility of future expansion of the remaining part of
the plot
Far from the noise of the city center and close to youth services
such as the stadium, clubs and sports
The idea of the project is to provide an integrated and unique
cultural experience through the corridors that branch into
various internal and external programs
The Coral Corridor invites visitors to experience a kinetic and
visual experience that extends along the length of the project
and embraces all activities and groups of people
Closed programs are distributed in the form of small scattered
blocks so that they do not form a huge void that can be easily
moved between them and form spaces between them that
contribute to increasing social interaction
The rest of the internal programs are distributed among
recreational, administrative and services spaces under the coral
corridor, which forms the link for the whole project
