Abstract
The municipality is one of the most important buildings in the city, as it is the beating heart of the movement of people and meeting their needs. It contains many offices with a variety of services
The municipality site is located in the center of Nablus - specifically next to the municipality’s stadium in the Hamdi Manko building - so that it can be easily reached from various parts of the city. The municipality consists of seven floors, two parking floors, ground, first, second, third and fourth floors, land area 3320.51 square meters, floor area 1142.81 square meters. This study was conducted:
1- The municipality from architectural view.
2- The structural design of the municipality.
3- The mechanical design of the municipality.
4- The environmental factors affecting the municipality.
5- The relationship of the municipality to the buildings and the surrounding nature.
A comparison with international standards will be made, and the restructuring and development of the building from the inside, to better organize the spaces, to ensure the smooth flow of work and the comfort of the visitors.
It is expected to get a complete municipality in all architectural, structural, mechanical and environmental aspects.
