Abstract
The research aims to shed light on the visual arts center and its cultural, entertainment, educational and tourist role, and that the artistic center in turn deals with the creative aspect of our lives, and tells us the story of the creative youth energy in Palestine.
The Visual Arts Center is a cultural building that contains galleries for artwork and a hall for workshops. Its activities and services include the basics of drawing, methods, coloring, and all aspects of artistic printing, design, illustration, photography and sculpture. The center offers its services to all those interested in artistic work, whether the youth stage or other different age groups.

To provide a space for the creative community in the city to experience the works of young artists and support and develop artistic talents. Design an arts center that reflects the nature of artistic life in Palestine, draw attention to artworks and artistic talents in Palestine, provide exhibitions to display these talents and artworks, and provide workshops and lessons dedicated to developing these talents.
The Arts Center is considered an architectural tool to gather the efforts and productions of scattered artists, and to create a general artistic condition, to be considered a main address for the public wishing to taste and enjoy artistic.
Art exhibitions usually appear in the history of civilizations, societies and countries, as an expression of an urgent need, for the presence and growth of a good number of young artistic talents, who are looking for development and refinement, as well as looking for a suitable spatial space to display their works, as the artist usually produces his works, not to preserve Rather, to release it freely in front of the public, and give it the opportunity to make change and the desired effect from it, whether that effect is a mental effect, works to break some outdated beliefs, develops traditional patterns of thinking, and opens the way for the creation of creative generations, capable of finding great solutions to problems historical and existential.
