Abstract
It is one of the Artificial Intelligence and machine learning applications that has become a technology trend in the world.It passes by the stages of decision-making in the human mind, taking a certain procedure in which certain conditions are met and occurrence of some situations leads to a certain result.
It aims to maintain the human experience which humans can be forgotten or when retired it goes with him and management the knowledge in one place which is a system that remains in the company that is not related to the presence or absence of the human being.
