Abstract
This study comes as a continuation of the management information systems project entitled: The effectiveness of the application of e-learning at An-Najah National University from the students' point of view.
By highlighting the most important factors and influences that face the student during the e-learning process, to find out the weaknesses in the e-learning system and obtain results that allow universities and decision-makers to improve and facilitate the e-learning process.
Where a questionnaire was designed consisting of sections with different axes, and using the SPSS program, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed, which included the National An-Najah University, Birzeit University and the Arab American University, to come up with useful results and write a research with these results.
