Abstract
The need for technologies that make our life easier encourages us every day
trying, to develop new inventions that will save our time and effort.
Our project called Axidraw is a kind of simple and easy to handle robots, it
works as a printer with a lower cost, less weight and less energy consumed, it
draws curves, engineering shapes, lines, etc. and writes and draws on any flat
surface.
AxiDraw is a drawing pen, it moves the pen towards all axes using Stepper and
Servo Motors, which receive the commands to be followed and the paths that
they have to move from Arduino and CNC / 3D Printer shield to obtain the
required final shape. And it is controlled through the computer.
