Abstract
The Culinary Academy is a place where culinary enthusiasts become a professional chefs. It is the academy that promotes Palestinian and traditional cuisine, international cuisine, and the introduction of modern technologies in the art of cooking, sweets and pastries. This is within a teaching program that extends for two to three academic years, including the theoretical and practical aspects. The project focused on the environmental aspect of food production, where local and cultivated materials are used by the Academy and students as much as possible by providing agricultural spaces for each kitchen and external agricultural areas. And get rid of organic waste by analyzing it and turning it into biogas to supply all the kitchens in the academy, and fertilizers for crops. It also provides a visitor section with a student-run restaurant.
