Abstract
The Palestinian engineers developed the Palestinian construction according to the high global recommendations and standards, and in this revolution of the construction the small residential buildings are the most common buildings in this country.
The main goal of this project is to make the small villa safe and comfortable.
This project was not in two levels as the other projects of the faculty. In this project an architectural design of a small villa was chosen to be designed within structural and environmental aspects to make a safe and comfortable building. In structural design a 3-d model of the building was made to make checks on the building and to get results and design the building according to the structural requirements. The electrical design was made by a software to design the building for artificial lighting. The H-VAC design was done after getting the cooling and heating loads from the software. The water and the sanitary were done according to mechanical design recommendations. Acoustical design was done by two softwars to analyze the building acoustically. The firefighting system was also included in the project.
And finally the bill of quantities of the project was included.
