Abstract
Filling machines are needed nowadays since manufacturing is fighting in the age of speed and accuracy; they can shorten the time and reduce humanoid efforts with good quality.
There are many types of filling machines, the aim is the same, but the principle varies. These types are the liquids, pastes, powders and granules filling machines; they all aim to provide autotype products. This project is concerned with filling products that have the forms of powders and granules; and can be packaged in plastic, metallic or cartoon utensils.
This project focuses on achieving the goal of filling weighted powders and granules products. This is important when the weight is the considered standard in trade relations. The manufacturer or the trader will be able to set the desired weight on a digital pad and the machine will do the weighing and allow the flow of powders or granules only if a utensil is sensed.
