Abstract
Location: Mount of Olives - east of Al Aqsa Mosque • The experience of the Palestinian National Authority is the first experience of self-rule for the Palestinians, but in the future of Palestine after liberation, the idea of creating an independent Palestinian parliament, which makes the laws of the state separate from any other political part, is an urgent need due to the deteriorating political situation. The Concept :  The Orientation towards Al-Aqsa Mosque, because it is the compass that draws the attentions of all people, and as the basis of the Palestinian cause.  A main line of view was taken from the beginning of the proposed land through its center to the center of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, which was the main entry point of the project.  Then, from the center of the earth, the largest possible angle of view was limited by two lines of view that reach the boundaries of Al-Aqsa Mosque, where the spaces of the project are distributed.  The main space in the project is the "Hall of the Council" mediated in the center of the earth and the seats were distributed in a circular way to preserve the continuity of the vision of Al-Aqsa Mosque from any seat inside the hall .The rest of the spaces were distributed around the council hall, heading towards it.  The project has been separated vertically on the main axis, with a wall that simulates the walls of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, separating the council area that reflects the transparency of the parliament in decision-making, and the area of offices and halls with the highest privacy.
