Abstract
Abstract   The health of humans is the most important things that must be monitored even so not from close. The body temperature or heartbeats is one of many factors that threatens our life, the objective of this project provide medical intervention anywhere at any time using GSM and GPS technologies.We implemented a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) system by utilizing the cellular GSM technology in order to send Short Message Service (SMS) to the responsible person typically the doctor in charge of following the patient health. Also the SMS can be send to the emergency center to take an action like sending an ambulance. The system contains two technologies GSM and GPS that are inexpensive, effective, and easy to implement and use. Moreover the system take threshold for each vital readings and make comparisons between what it is deaden and threshold, if the reading outrange of threshold it will read the position of the person via GPS and send this position with overall readings into SMS message via GSM to the responsible persons number. The SMS message should contains the ID number of patient.The main point in this project is used an interface for user who received the message to deal with it via an android application. The android application records the received SMS and keep these messages in the data base which contains the patients medical records such as ID, full name, blood type, age, and other information about him.
