Abstract
Explanation of the problem The problem that the project is structured about is the lack of availability of effective safety management system, to protect the life of employees, visitors, and patients. The existing safety system they have is weak, where there is no documented, programmed, and Followed system in the hospital. On the other hand they do not have tools and safety equipment for in sufficient numbers according to the number of people, also they do not deal with the medical waste and disposed it properly. The purpose of the project The goal in this project is to create a modern safety system, sophisticated and programmed, for all sections of the hospital. For the safety of staff, visitors and patients, and reduce their risks, so that the system is easy and clear. Results description We worked on the creation and development of a system of safety in the hospital, which contains: 1. Preparing occupational safety and health guide for each of employees, patients and visitors. This guide is comprehensive to all department of the hospital. 2. Developing a medical waste system in which we addressed to all the processes undergone by the medical waste from the moment of its production until processed and final disposal. 3. Developing a comprehensive fire plan to all sections of the hospital, in addition to the contingency plan includes actions to be taken in the event of any emergency problem. 4. Creating a software system using access program, for easy access to information for all people entering the hospital, whether they are employees, visitors or patients. Recommendations 1) The hospital must implement this system to achieve all safety requirements and reduce injuries, accidents and infection. 2) Training is very essential that should all the hospital staff keep as an ongoing and equal thing, to increase the employees awareness for safety in their work areas. 3) The hospital administration should invest more time and money in order to improve the implementation of the safety system. 4) The hospital should form a safety committee. To ensure applying the safety rules in all the hospital departments. And so giving them the appropriate authorities and responsibilities. 5) Continuous improvement for this system to implement the modern techniques to ensure the effectiveness of this system. 6) Design an automatic alarm Network at the hospital
