Abstract
I've my own graduation project studying the case of Mhanna factory Toys in the city of Tulkarem, where he was the basic idea of the graduation project is a case study of the plant and to provide suggestions for improvement work on the factory my graduation under the supervision of Engineer: Suleiman compromised the project, "and I've studied using several materials in order to complete the most important draft TQM I collect all the data required in project 1 and give suggestions in project 2 in order to get more profit and to make a better quality system and give a good maintenance system
