Abstract
 Abstract  The aim of this project is to analyze an existing network and modify or redesign the network to meet the requirements for the next 25 years. This will be done using the EPANET software. The final out comes of the project will be a full design of a water network that will meet the future requirements.                                                                                                                                   Study Area Attil is located in the north-east of Tulkarem , away from about 12 km, which is mediated Sharawiyas villages, rises 100 m above sea level .It has an  area of 5000 dunums and a population of about 11,000. It characterized by moderate climate, a climate of the Mediterranean basin. Water Network of Attil is good, but it does not meet all the needs of the citizens so it needs to develop. The main source of water is Abu Sabha irrigation project, in addition to some of wells in houses.                                                                                                                                                Project Tasks     To achieve the above objective the project will includes the following tasks:                                                                                                         1- Select the study area.  2- Collect data regarding the study area. This includes:     * Topographic map     * Water network map     * Population and their distribution     * Data regarding the network (type, age, problems )     * Data regarding water resource in the area     * General data such as metrological data, socio-economic data, topography          3- Develop a questionnaire to collect further data regarding the study area. The questionnaire includes questions to measure the per capita water consumption, the performance of the network, the income, and the losses in the network.
