Abstract
Water is the main source that all aspects of life depend on , including  agricultural, industrial and commercial, so water is an important resource that affect our life. On the other hand population in the world increasing ,so the demand on water is increasing ,and the wastewater generated will increase.    AL- YAMON   is  located  in  the  north  of  westbank  about  9KM  from  Jenin the number of population is 20000capita  and  features topography as divided into two parts: the hilly area, and the flat area ranges height above sea level  between(110 -260) meters           The common practice is to dispose of the wastewater using cesspits ,but it is a dangerous method because it pollutes groundwater and soil and creates bad odors, and causes economic losses due to evacuation costs. There is a method used to reuse the wastewater, If wastewater is collected then all the above problems will be resolved ,also can be treated and reused.      Stormwater is the  water that originates during precipitation events. It may also apply to water that originates with rain fall  that enters the storm water system. Stormwater that does not infiltrate into the soil becomes surface runoff, which either flows directly into surface waterways or is channeled into storm sewers, which eventually discharge to surface waters.      When the rain falls on the surface in ahuge quantity ,it can damage crops, houses and infrastructure ,so we will design a stormwater collection system to avoid previous problems if the design is implemented.       Stormwater is of concern for two main issues: one related to the volume and timing of stormwater (flood control and water supplies) and the other related to potential contaminants that the water is carrying, i.e. water pollution.        Our design area is large  and have large population and  does not contain the sewer net works and stormwater net works, This was chosen to design by SewerCAD to design wastewater system ,and use StormCAD to design Stormwater  net work .     AlYamon is situated near the northern border of the West Bank (See Figure 1).                    It is located 9 km north of Jenin and is located in the Jenin Governorate. The area has a diverse topography and altitude and is primarily classified as agriculture.     Al-Yamon is located approximately 150 m above mean sea level (amsl) and consists of 20,000 donums. T he topography of Al- Yamon Town can be divided into two parts: the hilly area, and the flat area(See Figure 2.2) . The hilly area has a gentle slope towards the North, its altitude ranges between 100 - 200 m (amsl). The hilly area contains most of the residential, commercial, and industrial constructions.
