Abstract
Recently, as a result of population increasing and the large number of people who visit Nablus city daily, without ability to expand the street width specially in The CBD, which suffered from traffic congestion that consider as one of main urban problems in current century, so we had to find a solution that satisfies all interests, by taking in consideration terminals replacement Proposal after justify it.
The project was designed to work in two stages which was two time periods five and ten years in order to satisfy sustainable mobility and urban livability by:
Change some streets to pedestrian
Change streets direction
Design transportation facilities according to the future studies (assumptions)
Provide a transit system
Change landuse a cording to pedestrians’ interests.
