Abstract
Our project is an online hospital registration. It facilitates registration and appointment between patients and doctors. This project aims to provide assistance to doctors and patients.
Our project consists of login page for doctors and patients. After the patient enters, either he goes to expert system to determine his illness, or he can choose directly from the available clinics in the hospital. Once a clinic is chosen, a list of available doctors along with their schedules will be viewed, so the patient can choose the preferred doctor and the suitable schedule slot.
In the doctor side, the website will allow the doctor to enter his specialty and his schedule table.
There are two Kinds of appointments: online appointment and a clinical visit appointment.
Our project provides the needed tools (online private chat room) for scheduling both kinds of appointments. It also provides administration system. In addition to mobile application. Also, a map of hospital to show the actual place of hospital.
This project will be developed using HTML, CSS, Java Script, PHP, jquery and other frameworks
