Abstract
It is known that man has become an end to any progress achieved by society as well as the means of progress, as it goes to work and production and creativity to reach the social and humanitarian goals so the availability of social services, especially health, including an integrated and high society is very necessary to protect it and enriching physically and psychologically leads to raising efficiency, In turn protect and enrich the community as a whole. In spite of this importance, Palestine lacks the concept of advanced hospitals. On the contrary, hospitals do not have a minimum of societal requirements and therefore do not provide a good and suitable environment for work, creativity and achievement of social and humanitarian goals. We must work to provide advanced hospitals that provide all the required services through its medical staff with high medical efficiency, advanced equipment and high quality hotel services in order to reach the desired goal? Hospital definition: The hospital is also known as the place where the patient is examined and examined and the patient is diagnosed and the patient receives the treatment. Depending on the patient's condition and the type of disease, the patient's need for treatment is determined, either his condition is simple or he returns to the hospital. In the hospital in the nursing unit to receive the necessary health care and is necessary to perform tests, tests, rays, labors ... etc. until he is cured. " Location of the project: State of Palestine - outside the borders of the city of Tulkarem on the main line connecting the city of Tulkarm and other Palestinian towns Bala’ and Anabta and others .. Why Choose Location: The lack of area for this type of projectors plus the location it serves serves as many people as possible to take advantage of this project and accessibility The topography of the site is green and the area is considered a nature reserve. Given the reality of government hospitals for Palestinian cities, we note that these hospitals lack the presence of aesthetic element, which has the largest role in changing the patient's view of the hospital. We see that the outer shape is characterized by semi-deaf, the number of openings and small size, and the lack of a green cover. The internal shape is characterized by the narrowness of the corridors, and the absence of the element of life. Concept Of Project : The idea of the project was to change the idea of patients and the general public to the reality of hospitals, and not to feel that this hospital is only a place for treatment, it is a place where the patient feels that he only needs a recovery period of time in light of the natural signs of healing. The project aims at embracing nature, and nature also embraces it by increasing the green cover and increasing the size of the openings that connect it naturally. Also use the green cover in the corridors and places of movement and the rooms of the patients to generate the element of life in it .. The use of the cortes to provide the element of safety in the arms of nature and the gradient in the height is gradient In the process of healing treatment for healing. Challenge the project Psychologically for both patient and visitor. We see that the psychological aspect plays a big role in the healing process, as well as for the visitor to the hospital. Components of the project : The ground floor consists of: Department of Emergency - Outpatient - Physiotherapy. The first floor of the settlement: Management - Pediatrics - Outpatient clinics - Various project services: kitchen, central sterilization, mortality, sterilization, central supply and laundry. Level 2: Radiology Department - Laboratories - Operations first floor : Department of Physical Therapy - Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. second floor : Department of Internal Medicine Third Floor: General Surgery Department fourth floor : Department of doctors management - Minamat for resident doctors The design of bedrooms on floors isolated from therapeutic services, is a style similar to the design of hotel services. The rooms isolated from the treatment rooms do not feel that the patient is present in the treatment environment throughout his time in the hospital.
