Abstract
Our graduation project constitutes six degrees of freedom robotic arm made of scrap . It’s a mechanical arm which has a six axis of movement and it can be programmed to do a desired goal In modern days Robots are an indispensable part of today's large scale manufacturing industries. These intelligent flexible reprogrammable machines have taken over many of the tasks requiring high precision, speed and endurance. Robots can works in a harsh working environment or a dangerous condition that human being cannot tolerate or survive in such conditions. Industrial robots replace human workers in many working jobs at factories such as welding, painting and assembly which reduce operating costs and reduce scrap. We are planning to design a cheap smart robot Arm with some type of artificial intelligence with the intention of decreasing the total cost in comparison to the prices of commercial ones which are hard to find in our local markets. And we designed it depending on the tools that can be found in our local market or a tools that we can make by our selves instead of buying them from out side with a high cost . This project covers broad range of topics starting from the hardware assembly to implement and utilize the proper software or producing the designated items or parts to be used in this project.
