Abstract
This study aims at learning the role of Palestinian universities’ PR departments and what they can attain in the vocational guidance of students, by aiding them in making correct and professional choices depending on suitable academic majors, which consequently orients them towards the right direction and scope of career that will lead them to unleash their capabilities and tendencies, in order to increase chances of academic advancement.
That is to say, vocational guidance is represented through providing students with the necessary counseling that helps them select the most convenient career based on specific flair, in addition to comparing between the afore-mentioned universities.
200 questionnaires were randomly handed out to students from both NNU and BZU after having all of the questions examined, in addition to interviewing PR employees of both universities, foibles in universities and trying to reform them, as well as promoting PR’s character into something more appealing. Analyzing questionnaires was applied through (SPSS).
