The user can cancel the order and the user can communicate with the site supervisor through a conversation. After completing the order, the supervisor can see the orders through a page of his .services are provided through some digital marketing tools such as facebook business manager google analytic and google ads

The idea of our project revolves around making a marketing plan for a 970ps company, where we addressed important topics and used many tools, where the site was analyzed, results were seen, recommendations and improvements were made, and a complete marketing plan was written. The company 970ps is a company that sells modern clothes with a Palestinian character that distinguishes it from its competitors, and it is located in Ramallah, and through the questions that we have asked the company, it was found that there is no special department or special person managing their e-marketing and thus they may lose a great competitive advantage in the market And because they sell clothes, they need content and images for their marketing process, whether on their website or on social media platforms, so we have suggested that we analyze their site in terms of e-marketing and see what weaknesses and strengths they have to be acquired and work on, and improved over time. During the analysis, we analyzed the site in terms of security, SEO and its performance, and the interface of the site, design, speed and shrinkage. We chose the Facebook and Instagram platform from the social media platforms they have, during the results there were many problems in each of them, and we worked to develop solutions to them through Recommendations and improvements, and we have worked on an integrated marketing plan, whether to improve their website or to improve their presence on social media, and after presenting all of the results and reasons that lead to reducing their presence or not having many users reach them, and developing improvements to them, we have made a comparison. We designed two systems for Al Abrar Pharmacy. The first is a site that serves the pharmacy owner, A system that can organize the buying, selling, searching and inventory processes in the pharmacy. Where the work of the pharmacist is organized, and through it information about medicines can be obtained, and the system can also organize the sale and purchase operations, extract invoices, follow up on available stock, and show reports when the stock has reached a minimum, warning of the powers of the items that are about to Completion, reports on stagnant items and bestsellers. The second site serves pharmacy customers, as the site provides the registration service in the system for pharmacy customers and the ability to display products through the site according to the classification of each product, search for a specific product, display product details, and make a product purchase order. The output for this site is Review the products in the pharmacy, quantities, prices and their details , Display customer data and sales invoices for them , Display suppliers' data and all dealings with them , Review various invoices and reports , Reviewing the various buying and selling processes.

Manual systems are one of the most important reasons for the lack of development of business processes and reaching a highly competitive stage and position in the market, as they are one of the most important obstacles facing Al-Qadi Car Rental Company and stand in the way of its development, which has caused the main problems that the company suffers from, the most important of which is the lack of data interconnection and Absence of reports, so it was necessary to employ an integrated system such as Odoo and its modules in order to making a real step toward solve issues . Examples of the main modules that were employed (inventory, fleet, leasing, maintenance, repair, reports), the workflow through those modules lead to new successful business processes.

Al-Qasem Solar Energy Company was established as a Palestinian company specialized in alternative energy systems in 2018 under the number 562305813, and we have been accredited by the Ministry of National Economy and the Tulkarm Chamber of Commerce and Industry and from several official departments. Since our establishment, we have been seeking and aspiring to reach the best levels of solar energy uses and applications locally through our various and distinctive services. Thanks to God Almighty, we were able to achieve a prominent position at the local level in installing solar energy devices and equipment for domestic, industrial and agricultural applications. As a result, the company expanded in the local market to build a strong base that enables it to practice its business and serve our community in most areas of Palestine through staff affiliated with the company and allied companies inside Palestine that install solar systems.
An Integrated Gym Information System With Online Subscription

This project focuses on developing a comprehensive system for managing a sports clinic (Sport Clinic) using the Odoo “17” platform,The system integrates several essential functions, including subscription management, online booking, nutritional consultations, sales and inventory tracking, as well as providing virtual training services and online educational content. The primary goal is to deliver an exceptional experience for members while enhancing administrative efficiency. The system offers a user-friendly interface that allows members to book appointments online, register for virtual training courses, and receive personalized nutritional consultations. It also features tools for tracking attendance and subscriptions while automatically sending renewal reminders. From an administrative perspective, the system provides advanced tools for managing inventory and sales, ensuring real-time tracking of products such as nutritional supplements and sports equipment,The system also facilitates the precise coordination of trainers’ schedules and training sessions, reducing scheduling conflicts and optimizing resource utilization. Integration with electronic payment platforms and modern technologies enhances efficiency and minimizes administrative errors” Furthermore, a dedicated website will be developed and utilized to engage with clients, promote services, announce new offerings, and simplify access to the clinic’s features. This website will serve as a central platform for enhancing communication with members and driving the clinic’s success. In conclusion, the project aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of using the Odoo platform to build integrated business solutions. The anticipated implementation of this system will contribute to improving data accuracy, streamlining operations, and enhancing member satisfaction, ultimately boosting the overall performance of the Sport Clinic.
Applying data mining algorithm on Al-hakim CBC data to prepare for a disease’s prediction application

Project Abstract The main objective of the project is to prepare for an automated medical system that predicts diseases, by applying data mining on the complete blood count (CBC) data of Al-Hakim Medical Complex, initially, we have prepared the data and cleaned it, performed some descriptive analyzes, and started applying the data mining algorithms. Where the association rule was applied to find relationships between tests, and the clustering algorithm was applied, which included several methods for finding the number of clusters, such as the (Elbow method & Silhouette method), and then the last algorithm was applied which is the classification to identify each patient in the data set to which cluster belong, and each cluster has test results that differ from the other, which were determined based on the classification results, and thus preparations were made for the establishment of the medical system.

The rapid evolution of digital technologies has underscored the necessity for efficient electronic systems in various sectors, including real estate, particularly within the expanding Palestinian market. This graduation project introduces "AqarKey," an integrated web-based platform developed using the Odoo ERP system to streamline real estate management and facilitate seamless interactions between property owners, real estate companies, and clients. The platform addresses critical challenges in the local market, such as the lack of real-time interaction, service integration, and accurate property information, by offering features like smart property search, online booking for inspections (via field visits or video calls), secure electronic payments, and integration with external services like Google Maps, OAuth, and SMS/Email APIs. The system supports three user categories—customers, real estate companies, and independent property owners—through customized interfaces, ensuring ease of use, scalability, and security. The project employed a structured methodology involving requirements analysis, system design using Data Flow Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, and Entity-Relationship Diagrams, followed by implementation and testing within a three-month timeframe. Key findings demonstrate the platform's effectiveness in enhancing transparency, productivity, and communication while addressing local market needs. Challenges, including data collection and integration of diverse applications, were overcome through custom coding and API utilization. The platform is expected to positively impact the Palestinian real estate ecosystem by empowering individual sellers, increasing market transparency, and supporting economic growth. Recommendations for future development include launching a mobile application, incorporating AI-driven text mining for market analysis, and expanding the platform regionally. AqarKey represents a significant step toward digital transformation in the Palestinian real estate sector, fostering economic growth and operational efficiency.

Data analysis in Tulkarem municipality for electricity consumption in a main challenge ,in order to support the management specifically planning at strategic at a tactical level to mine the data of electricity consumption particularly because data related consume prepaid electricity bills in order to know behavior of consumers in their consumption according to different time of period, areas and tariff price In new classification methods of problem-related to electricity quantities charges by python language . We used python language to prepare the data in a way that would enable us to perform the analysis of the data, and then we collected the three excel files that were supplied to us properly in one file, and then the classification of consumers into three categories according to the quantities of electricity consumption, and then we assembled and visualization the data in the form that answers the most important questions in addition to providing the necessary information that helps management to make the right decisions, and finally we have made a prediction of the classification of consumers according to the classification we have previously by using seven methods in the process of prediction and calculation of accuracy ratio in Each method. Through the process of analysis on these data ,we came out with many results, including 1. Quantities of electricity consumption by region, tariff rate, time and consumer classification. 2. The number of consumers according to their categories, tariff rate and time. 3. Count of invoices by regions, tariff rate, time and consumer categories. 4. Predicting the consumer category according to tariff, time and region.

An Attempt To Predict The Daily And Monthly Prices Of Public Shareholding Companies Traded In The Palestinian Stock Exchange (PEX)

The project aims at trying to predict the daily and monthly prices of the public shareholding companies in the Palestinian financial market as accurately as possible using the data history of these companies, in addition to trying to identify the best sectors in the market to invest in. The daily and monthly prices were forecasted using a tool that fully depends on neural network technology, the use of return on investment (ROI) equations to determine the expected return on investment in each sector (profit and loss), and the determination of the appropriate investment and risk profile. The project demonstrates the best way to use, arrange and purify the data to obtain the best results, and how to employ the results for individual investors through the accuracy of the technology used, with the introduction of intuition and experience during the investment process.
Automating and improving of Al_armoush store processes using odoo enterprise resource planning

This project aims to design the operations of the Armoush store in Nablus using the Odoo ERP system to improve efficiency and reduce errors resulting from manual processes. Al-Armoush Store was established in 2020 and is located on Faisal Street in the city of Nablus. It specializes in selling children’s toys, strollers, beds, and bicycles. The current system is based on an intelligent innovative system, buying, selling and stock management, which leads to process and reason part synthesis. The main problems of a manual system include loss of information, difficulty in accessing it, wasting time, and high maintenance and storage costs. The project seeks to create a user-friendly interface, provide advanced functionality, ensure process integrity, enhance security, and facilitate decision-making with built-in analytical tools. Non-software goals include improving user experience, increasing customer satisfaction, improving order and inventory management, providing high-quality products, and keeping up with technological developments. Expected outputs include designing a graphical model to structure data and process flow models for the new system, which will contribute to facilitating operations and inventory management, reduce financial errors, and enhance the overall efficiency of the store.

BidEase Auction Mobile Application

Our capstone project is to create an easy-to-use auction mobile app called “BidEase” using Flutter, Firebase, and Android Studio. BidEase aims to simplify the auction experience, allowing users to easily participate and bid on items of interest. To ensure an outstanding user experience, emphasis is placed on careful analysis of requirements including login, browsing elements and quotes. The interactive user interface is designed to ensure a seamless user experience by simplifying the bidding process and providing instant feedback. The project aims for BidEase to be compatible with Android and iOS devices, with comprehensive documentation for each part of the project to facilitate future maintenance. In the future, the app will be ready to launch on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, BidEase will help make digital auctions more convenient and accessible to a wide range of users..

Therefore, we thought about creating a website to sell and display books and novels electronically with the Availability of delivery service and get the books by downloading them from our site.

As it collects and analyzes data to predict the types of potential customers and their segmentation using clustering and RFM. Additionally, it uses association rules to identify the preferred services by customers to continue providing and developing them. In addition to developing an interactive dashboard to identify KPIs, present data and reports in a simplified manner, so that managers and decision-makers can make the best decision for the company's future and thus increase profits. The project is not limited to data analysis, where the analysis and reports are used to build a distinctive marketing strategy and launch advertising campaigns via e-mail .
