In her study, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method, through which she reached her conclusions. There is a direct statistically significant relationship between job performance and the dimensions of job burnout represented in the following: (burnout, inhumanity, personal achievement) with the following Pearson correlation coefficient values: (0.38, 0.099, 0.173). Job fatigue also has a statistically significant impact on the performance of workers in the Palestinian income tax directorates in the West Bank. Based on the results of the study, the researcher made several recommendations, the most important of which are: Work to reduce the job burden of employees in the income tax directorates, and pay attention to them in all respects. It still exists and requires a radical solution.
