- Item"Legal Organization of Liquidation of Corporations from Legal Aspects, (Commercial, Taxing) and Accounting"(2006) 'Muhyi Eddin' Mohammad Al-Salous; Dr. Hassan Safareene; Dr. Ghassan KhalidThis study examined the legal and commercial text, pertinent to the liquidation of companies and ending their business operations. It also sought to find out how the taxpayer evades paying tax due on the company through the introduction of some procedures, pertinent to the liquidation, which the income tax law in Palestine has failed to deal with clearly. To this end, the researcher held a comparison between income tax laws in Jordan and Egypt and the income tax law effective in Palestine. At first, the researcher surveyed the liquidation-related legal aspects and the reasons and justifications behind the dissolution of the company and its business operations. He also dwelt on their meaning and nature and how the liquidation measures proceed. Also, the researcher discussed moved to the examinations of the liquidation accounting aspects. In this respect, he detailed the stage which liquidation pass through. An example was given to illustrate the various scenarios resulting from such liquidation in terms of pr fits and losses. Further, the researcher studied the liquidation-related articles in the income tax laws of Egypt, Jordan and Palestine. In this context, the researcher highlighted the areas of ambiguity in there articles. The researcher found that there is some ambiguity in these laws, thus making it possible (for taxpayers) to evade the respect of these laws wither it's material or otherwise. In the light of the study findings, the researcher suggested a number of recommendations which he believes may contribute to the enactment of laws in a better way. One recommendation is seeking the assistance of experts in the field during the process of enacting laws.
