Self-Service Pharmacy Project

The self-service pharmacy project introduces an innovative system utilizing a lever mechanism to move medications from individual cells arranged in an N x M matrix formation within a box to an area accessible to the user. The primary goal is to enhance healthcare accessibility and convenience by providing a 24/7 platform for acquiring both over-the-counter and prescription medications. Key objectives include ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, prioritizing data security and privacy, showcasing innovative technological solutions, and responding to market needs through comprehensive research and user feedback. The system features a web page and keypad for users to select the medication type if available, with sensors to detect medication availability. Additional security measures, such as a high-positioned keypad to prevent tampering by children, are incorporated. The project aims to empower individuals to manage their healthcare needs and improve their overall healthcare experience through a secure, user-friendly, and accessible self-service pharmacy solution.
