Given the current social and economic challenges especially with the ongoing war and the
resulting lack of job opportunities, many individuals have had to find new ways to make a
living. As the high cost of automated machinery is out of reach due to financial constraints.
Inspired by this situation and from this need, our project was born; to create an affordable,
small-scale production line for manufacturing and packaging liquid hand soap, helping
people sustain their business.
Our project focuses on producing soap from scratch using water, Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate
(SDS), salt or glycerin for viscosity, along with some Preservatives as the main ingredients.
Secondary ingredients like colorants and essential oils will be added to customize the
soap’s appearance and fragrance as the user needs.
The process begins by adding water and then the materials will be then added sequentially,
then these ingredients are mixed thoroughly, after that essential oils and colorants are added
to give an aesthetic touch to the mixture.Once the mixture is ready, it will be poured into
bottles and sealed tightly.
This project is designed specifically to empower small business owners, despite the fact
 that there are many factories that own huge machines to manufacture this product and
other detergents. By building a microcontroller-based system that automates the process
described, we aim to enable small-scale soap production, making it accessible and
affordable to those who need it most.  

نظرًا للتحديات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية الراهنة، وخاصة مع استمرار الحرب وما نتج عنها من قلة في فرص العمل، اضطر العديد من الأفراد إلى إيجاد طرق جديدة لكسب الرزق. ونظرًا لارتفاع تكلفة الآلات الأوتوماتيكية، التي أصبحت بعيدة المنال بسبب الضائقة المالية، وُلِد مشروعنا من هذه الحاجة والإلهام؛ لإنشاء خط إنتاج صغير ميسور التكلفة لتصنيع وتعبئة صابون اليدين السائل، بهدف مساعدة الناس على الاستمرار في أعمالهم.

يركّز مشروعنا على إنتاج الصابون من الصفر باستخدام الماء، و**سلفات دوديسيل الصوديوم (SDS)**، والملح أو الجلسرين لزيادة اللزوجة، بالإضافة إلى بعض المواد الحافظة كمكوّنات رئيسية. كما سيتم إضافة مكونات ثانوية مثل الألوان والزيوت العطرية لتخصيص مظهر الصابون ورائحته حسب احتياج المستخدم.

تبدأ العملية بإضافة الماء، ثم تُضاف المكونات الأخرى بالتسلسل، ويتم خلطها جيدًا. بعد ذلك، تُضاف الزيوت العطرية والألوان لإضفاء لمسة جمالية على الخليط. وبمجرد أن يصبح الخليط جاهزًا، يتم سكبه في زجاجات وإغلاقها بإحكام.

تم تصميم هذا المشروع خصيصًا لتمكين أصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة، رغم وجود العديد من المصانع التي تمتلك آلات ضخمة لتصنيع هذا المنتج وغيره من المنظفات. ومن خلال بناء نظام يعتمد على **الميكروكنترولر** (microcontroller) لأتمتة العملية المذكورة، نهدف إلى تمكين إنتاج الصابون على نطاق صغير، وجعله متاحًا وميسورًا لأولئك الذين هم بأمس الحاجة إليه.
